Your printer is now reset!!!
1. Plug it directly into the wall, rather than into a UPS 2.
Verify that the unit is switched on. Disconnect the USB/Ethernet cable
from the All-in-One and also disconnect power cable from All-in-One and
also from wall outlet. 3. Wait 30 seconds. 4. Plug in the power cable to All-in-One and also to wall outlet. 5. Check for the functionality.
I still had the error message, so they said to reset the printer to factory default settings: 1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on and wait for 20 seconds. 2. Then, press and hold # and 6 while plugging in the power cord. Continue holding until it displays Semi Full Reset message in the front panel of the All-in-One.
If those two steps do not resolve the problem then its is hardware related and can't be solved here.
Please perform these resets on nit or change printheads if it will not work.
1. Press & hold the power button > unplug the power cable from the back of the printer while holding the button for 30 seconds > plug the cable back then release the button.
2.A semi-full reset will do the following: The user settings to the factory defaults, Language and country settings on some models, Fax logs, Fax headers, Fax speed dial information.

You could try these two suggestions from HP support. The semi-full reset will affect quite a few settings. Perhaps you should copy down these settings for reference later.
1. This issue might be caused by any of the following:
2. The paper trays are empty or overloaded.
3. The paper is curled.
4. The paper-width guide is pressed against the paper stack too tightly.
I would like to inform you that this issue can be resolved by following steps.
Power Reset: ========== Disclaimer: A power reset sets the product to factory defaults.
1. Verify that the unit is switched on. Unplug the all-in-one from power and disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug in the power only. 4. Repeat steps 2-4 two more times. 5. On the third time after plugging the unit into power, reconnect the USB cable from the all-in-one to your computer. 6. Restart your computer and check the functionality.
Plug the All-in-One directly into a wall outlet: ===================================
Use these steps to make sure the product is properly connected to a suitable power source.
1. Make sure the computer and the product have a three-prong power plug. 2. Remove the product power cord from any power strips or surge suppressors, and then plug it directly into a grounded wall outlet.
This should resolve the issue. However, if the issue persists, I request you to perform Semi Full Reset.
