SOURCE: The top hinge of my neff integrated fridge freezer has broken.

The top hinge of my Neff integrated fridge freezer has broken so the door won't open and shut properly. As a temporary repair I intend to swop the hinges around -replacing the top hinge with the middle one but can't see how to remove the hinges. Can anyone help?

SOURCE: please can you tell me

yes you have to screw into the door. usually you will see indents in the door where screws should be located. to make it easier use a fine drill bit and drill into the door first

Top door will not close by itself on fridge

Sounds like the floor of the house.. might be your problem..Try moving the fridge out of its position and build a small flat platform in that place and level it, then place your fridge on top of it..just in case u may need a little final adjustment get those small wooden wedge shims when you get your wood..they sell them at lowes or Most lumber yards....that should take care of the leveling..good luck..good luck

Apparently there is a problem with Beko refrigeration manufactured between 2000/2006. Please confirm model number in question.

From Beko:-

"The BEKO frost free fridge freezer models affected were manufactured between January 2000 and October 2006. These have a serial number that begins with either 00, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 or 06. and this information can be found on a label inside the fridge. Beko is making a free of charge modification to all affected models, this modification takes approximately 30mins.

Other Beko branded models and all Beko frost free fridge freezers manufactured after this date are unaffected.

Affected model numbers:

    • CA 5411 FFS/FFW/FFX
    • CA 7014 FFX
    • CA 7015 FFW/FFS/FFX
    • CDA 539 FS/FW/FX

    • CS 461 FFW/FFS
    • CSA 4706 FFX
    • CSB 4606 FFSD/FFS/FFW"

If you find that your model is listed above and is in the correct model year range then you need to click here for further guidance. There is also a freephone number, but it's swamped by callers. Even if you get through you will receive exactly the same advice as you would from the website links.
