Does the compressor vibrabte? If not, the PCB isn't working and should be replaced or worst case is your compressor burned out.

SOURCE: No instructions for installing new seal on door

Service and parts manual is here.

The procedure is as stated in solution 1 by expert Ironfist. The older units had a metal plate with screws that you had to loosed the screws in the retaining plate by peeling the gasket in the opposite direction without tearing it to loosen or tighten the screws on the retaining plate. Then you just lifted the gasket off. When you go to reinstall as previusly stated by the other expert... start in the top center and work to the corners. Make the coners fit before moving down either side to the bottom corners. Again make the lower corners fit and finally install the gasket across the bottom. Once installed rub the gasket mounting area smooth with one finger or thumb.

You have humbled and hornored me with your request. If there is something that your really having difficulty with once you start this gasket change just repsond here and I will get back to you ASAP but, we will complete the task!
Thanks again,
Kelly

Describe your uline wine cooler Problem ULINE WC2015: Light comes on but unit won't run. Cleaned as discussed in owners manual. Need help!

OK if you have a 20 series and you have a light and no fan or compressor then you need a thermostat. This will have 2 wires to it and if you bypass the thermostat the unit should run. If it does then replace the thermostat

The light comes on but nothing else comes on. I do not hear any noise that it is coming on.

Check your cold control ( thermostat). Is it turned on? If so, is it good? Is it turned up to a colder temperature? If nothing is happening, unplug it. Disassemble the cold control. chances are, there are two wires to it. Twist the two wires together. Plug it back in, making sure that the wires are touching anything. Check the compressor and see if it is running? Is there a fan inside? If so, is it working? If the wires made the compressor and fan, if present, to come on, chances are, the cold control is bad.

Unit not running (cooling)

feel the motor and see if warm. if so and not cooling then that is where problem is. more likely is the thermostat. (ignore earth wire to stat). this can be 2 or 3 wire usually. short together and see if compressor starts up. if so thermostat is at fault.
