One of the nuts that tightens the track was missing. So, I bought new ones and also tightened the track a bit (not a lot). After a few kms of running I noticed that the sled was making a bit of a growling noise once in a while. Once home, I also noted that the clutch assembly was making a rattling noise. Could the track tightening caused the noise? Top speed of sled has also deminished by half!

A clutch cable doesn't take much to install. Who told you $600.00?? You don't have to take the trans. loose to do this. All you do is unhook the cable from pedal and unhook if from the trans. This job should only take you an hour if you've never done it before. How long has the clutch been in your car?

HI..
On a problem with oil pressure sensor leaking.
99% you need to replace the sensor with a new one.
Because if you can see the leak is not for the tread or gasket of the sensor.
If you can disconnect the the wire from the sensor.
and try to start you will see the leak coming from inside on the plastic, where the pins. of the sensor.
OK.. I hope this information work for you.
I work on Cars everyday.

SOURCE: serpentine belt tensioner will not tighten
If the tensioner will not keep the belt tight then the tensioner is bad and will need to be replaced. The spring on the inside will loose it's tension over time.
