Cant get onto www.virginmobile.co.uk/getmessage

I have been sent a www.virginmobile.co.uk/get message and I can't get into it I CAN NOT GET MY PICTURE MESSAGE ON MY PHONE

I cant get my picture message on my phone when i went to www. virginmobile.co.uk/getmessage.
