SOURCE: How to adjust the watch strap

I just bought the o-ring watch by Starck, and it looks to have the same style of strap. If you look on the side of the clasp, you will see a pin on both ends. You have to remove these retention pins first (which may require tools that are unavailable to you). First, stabilize the watch on its side on a soft mat - I used the back of a mouse pad. Then, use a thin, stiff piece of metal tool to push the pins out slightly. I used a crafting tool. Once the pin sticks out enough, you can use a fine set of pliers to pull them the rest of the way out. (If this does not make much sense at this point, you may be best off going to watch shop.) Once you remove the pins, the clasp can be removed from the strap simply by lifting the clamp. You then trim the strap with a pair of sharp scissors to the appropriate length - make sure you see exactly what the end looks like, because the shortened strap will need to have the same apperance. After trimming, reclamp the clasp onto the strap, and reinsert the pin. You may need a small hammer to get the pins seated completely. Then, you're done. So obviously intuitive, why would anyone need directions, right? Honestly, Fossil did not make this one easy at all. Kind of irritating.

Where can I buy a watch strap (double pin) for a Fossil FS3041?

mcdevito75 here, You can but a new strap for your Fissil watch almost any where, Ebay, or you can look for a small watch repair shop in your area as they would have the watch right there for a perfect fit. With anything else you"ll need to know the MM size of your strap. As the strap attaches to the watch case at the pins, simply measure in MM"s this is the size of the band you need, if you can only measure in Standard Measurement use the search online for conversion Inches to MM. But with a watch shop they do everything for you.

I need a replacement strap for Fossil watch FS3041, 22mm (double pin) I can't seem to find one.

I've been looking all over my area for an FS3041 strap too. Even the jewelry shop that has Fossils only carries crappy bands that won't do the watch face any justice. And fossil.com doesn't carry bands for past models, which this is. I may have to make one from an old shoe. :)

If it doesn't take a traditional strap you will probably have to contact Fossil. They like very much to make different looking watches and alot of the times part, if available , will only come from them. Their number is 1-800-449-3056

Fossil watch JR8612

You can purchase just the watch face at most Fossil Store locations as well as on line at Fossil.com. They are marketed under the "watch bar" catagory. Make sure you know the the correct size of your strap in order to get a watch face that fits. Outlets have great prices on the watch bar items.
