I am using a Konica Minolta Bizhup Pro C6500 and I have received the error code c-4701 multiple times. I can not figure out why and I have since called the technician to repair the problem but I would like to know what causes this error code. I do not think the technician knows either and somehow he seems to constantly over-ride the problem but then when he leaves the code reappears and I am back to square one. This has become very tiresome. Does anyone know what this code means?

Something with your developer causing not enough toner. Maybe an auger issue in the developer or in the toner feed itself?

There is a paper somewhere in the copier. Maybe earlier you have a paper jam and one paper or just a part of the paper is still in the copier.
Most likely the paper is near the imaging unit.
