My wife bought me a Propel Gyropter and some how the instructions got thrown away. I can get the blades to spin but it won't take off and I am stumped. Help?

Everything seems to operate as I believe they should, instructions got lost, but it will not take off, just spins on the floor. Help?

It calls for 6AA in the controller which is used to charge the copters battery. The AA are all new and the copter seems to be good just won't take off and without the manual and it being my first, I don't even know that I'm doing it correctly.

Brand new and right out of the box, the bottom blades do not spin at all.

The Jcpenney ones seem to have the most problem with this. Some of the gears might be out together wrong, see if Jcpenney will take it back.

Look online for a manual. Searching "Propel Gyropter Manual" Should bring up at least a pdf manual.

My Gyropter will not ascend? Blades run at full speed

Sounds like the battery is not charged fully. Mine did that after I pulled it out of the box. Let it charge for a while longer.

Gyropter not lifting off after full charge

Hi,
Mostly all the micro copters problem are the battery and the the pinion gear that's been worn out.
Check both of these part. Battery should at least gives out 350 mili amp. and the gear should touch the propeller shaft gear at the bottom of the copter.

Get a lithium ion battery for more power and longetivity.

Hope that helps!

The pull start cord will only move about 3-4 inches and then it stops and then cord stops, Troy built- Briggs/Statton 21 inch self-propel lawnmower.

The mower's drive shaft may need to be lubricated. If you turn the mower over and try to move the blade by hand (with the mower off, of course) does it move, or is it hard to move? If it's hard to move or it won't move at all, lubricate the shaft by squirting some WD-40, 3-In-1, or other lubricating oil onto the drive shaft where it meets the chassis of the mower. Squirt enough oil to cover the circumference of the drive shaft, then try to spin the blade again. It should at least spin a little bit now. Squirt some more oil and spin the blade again, until the blade spins easily. Then turn the mower back over and try to pull the start cord -- it should pull normally now.

My parents bought a Propel RC 3-Channel Remote Control Gyropter for christmas like a month ago at JC Penney. When I tried to make it fly I noticed that the lower helix was not rotating. So I have not been...

I solved this same problem by removing the canopy and realigning the helix shaft with the motor gear. The small screwdriver provided will work. Be careful of the front white LED light when pulling the canopy off.
