Do not have advanced guide for imageclass mf4150 multipurpos printer I was told by cusomer support that I needed a down load

Hello, If the printer will not reset then you still have a piece of paper stuck somewhere in the paper path. Did you power the printer down and back up? Here is manual.

go to the website www.canon.co.in click support & download Select "multy functional printers" in product category Select "Image class" in product series Choose "image class 4122/4150" in product model Choose "driver & software" in type of document. Then you will get a list of drivers, select the driver that is meant for your os.

Are the settings correct on your computer, you might find if you go into your printers settings on you pc, the paper layout or page size etc may be set to something like Letter instead of being A4.

Printers and Faxes - Right Click printer - Properties - Printing preferences - Advanced tab and also check in Device Settings Tab

my canon imageclass mf 4150 says no paper even paper loaded, kindly help to solve.

Try in service mode ( add.function & #) then clear all, if not try to switch over every conector on the Main PCB board.

Hello, I know you wrote this seven months ago, but if you are still having issue, you have to press the "system Monitor" button on the printer. then press ok for print jobs, then the right and left arrors to cancel
It is aggrivating how canon put no shortcut button on the printer to cancel this.

It is under chapter 3 in teh advanced guide you can get at the link below on canon's site.
