Assuming you mean a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, yes, I have. Simply pry up the tab at the bottom of the keyboard with a thumbnail and work the faceplate off from the bottom. Put the new one starting at the top and work your way down.

Ti 84 plus can't transfer 8C010000

Transferring data and programs to the calculator requires a lot of energy that almost dead batteries cannot provide. Change batteries and try the transfer again using TI Connect. To transfer from a similar calculator the receiving one must be in RCV (receive mode).

Using a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition and the screen just went blank in the middle of a class. changed the batteries, didn't help. cleaned the connectors, didn't help. tried to change the resoluti

TI calculators have an annoying habit of dimming the screen when the batteries are changed so that it appears as if the calculator isn't turning on. Turn the calculator on (or at least press the ON key). Press and release the 2ND key. Press and hold the Up-arrow key for a few seconds and see whether the screen becomes legible.

What do you mean by "changed the resolution"?

TI-84 cannot power up

TI calculators have an annoying habit of dimming the screen, especially when the batteries are changed, so that it appears as if the calculator isn't turning on. Turn the calculator on (or at least press the ON key). Press and release the 2ND key. Press and hold the Up-arrow key for a few seconds and see whether the screen becomes legible.
If this doesn't do it, please reply to this post and we'll go on to the next step.

Is it possible to change the faceplate of the TI-84 Plus calculator?

Yes, you can change the faceplate of the TI 84PLUS Silver Edition only, not the TI 84 Plus. Face plates are available for purchase at the TI online store. When you go the online store, select the country, then the calculator model. You will find them under accessories for the TI 84 Plus SE.

How to set a ti-84 to graph both sides of the equation separately on the same coordinate system.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to graph something like

5x+3=9

If this is correct, graph 5x+3 in the y1 line and 9 in the y2 line. To find the solution, you will press 2nd, then trace the intersection and hit enter 3 times. This will get the solution you need for the equation.

If this is not what you are wanting to do, you need to be try again and elaborate more.

How to change the faceplate on the ti-84 silver edition

Look at the bottom of ur calculator. not the back the bottem. and u should see where the gray area meets the white area. There should be a small lip at the bottom of the calculator. Pull back the lip, it should come off with minimal force. That is how u remove the faceplate

My TI-84 plus displays -2^2=-4. That is incorrect. What is wrong?

this a simple misunderstanding of calculator lingo. When u enter the -2 the calculator is actually doing -1 x 2 according to order of operations the exponent will be done first then the -1 multiplied. So to stop this from happening u must do on ur calculator (-2)^2 = 4
