I have a tomtom XL 360 WHEN i PLUG IT IN TO MY CHARGER IT SHOWS A red X WHAT DO i DO?

Well, Last thing you can do, is call tomtom and, a lot of times if you are nice and stroke there ego, and tell them how you love there company and so forth , you know really beef it up, and tell them you referred them to a lot of there friends and you are embarrassed when yours is now not working. Anyway point of my story, I have written letters like that for customers or told them how to do it, and guess what.? All but one, got a free one in the mail, and return box paid postage to send there non working one back. It appears you have done everything, to the point of internal problem. That is about all you do at this point, but call might work, with a follow up letter.
