Connect the incoming antenna to the DVD player (look for connections on the back of the DVD player for Antenna In). Then connect the Dvd player to the Tv. Use the "out" connections on the back of the DVD player and the "in" connections on the back of the tv. You can use RCA jacks to connect the DVD to the tv, or any other type of connection available. Once the DVD player is connected to the tv, you need to set the incoming source on the television. Click on the source button until you find the one that has a clear picture. Dvd connections are usually listed as "aux 1 or 2" on the tv source choices. You will know when you choose the right one because the picture will come in on the tv.
Hope this helps?
Make use of HDMI or USB cable. No matter what platform you are going to watch DVDs on, it is always required to equip a standalone DVD player to support the hard optical discs. And many people will ask how to connect DVD player to laptop using HDMI or USB.
