try e-bay as well

You need to replace the thermostat probe. That probe controls your heat and prevents it from over heating or not heating so if its out it has no way of being able to do so so it stays off. I couldn't find part but call manufacturer and provide serial number and they will get you everything you need and even help with any small questions.

Replace the element. Search Amazon for your actifry model number and you should find the spare parts for it.

I'm sorry that I don't know much about home model products, only commercial brands....however your unit will have a heating element in it and maybe that's bad?

What temp do you want it to run at? If you are trying to go hotter than 550 that is not safe and I do not recommend it.

have you tried taking out all of the oil and washing it realy good I know that mine wasnt working and thats what i did and it started heating up again
