I hope this helps. I think the K indicates that the unit was for Home Depot sales; the router is the same as the R163/R163G. Ryobi has the same manual here, https://www.ryobitools.com/power-tools/support/manuals , if you leave off the K.
found the wrench number but no manual you will have to call Ryobi direct at 1-800-525-2579 for the manual the wrench number is 975096001 and they list for around 2.05 each.
I think you mean R180 router. This is Ryobi's site the manual section. Even if your particular router is not listed you should be able to draw from the information listed for similar router there.
