I need to adjust Timex 1440 sports watch. could you help me please. I have top left as mode, top right start/stop,bottom left indiglo and bottom right is set. Thank you jyo

Go to the time mode, hold down the set button, it may take a couple of seconds and it will start blinking , then go to your mode button to move from seconds to hour to min etc.etc,etc. It probibly is your start/stop button for chaning the numbers. If that dosn't work, hold down the mode button on the time mode for a few seconds, and go from there.
