Eggs won't stick to metal frying pan

Often no matter how much butter or margarine you put in a metal frying pan the eggs stick to the pan making it very difficult to make eggs over easy or just plain scrambled eggs cleanly. This problem can be overcome by burnishing the pan with salt before you start cooking. Warm the empty pan. Put about a teaspoon of coarse salt in the pan. I make a small pad out of a paper towel. Use this pad to rub the salt over the surface of the pot being careful not to touch the pot with your fingers. Then dump the salt in the garbage and proceed to cook your eggs as usual-with no sticking!

I have had a red copper frying for about 3 months now, when we fry eggs they are sticking some even when we add a little butter in the pan. Is there a way to fix this problem?

not rally you could spray with spam. this is a common problem. You could return it under warranty but when you pay shipping and handling 2 ways go to Walmart and buy a new one.

My eggs stick

Re-season the frying pan following the directions that came with the pan. If that doesn't work, send it back to the mfgr or take it back to the store you bought it from asking for a swap.

How to make scrambled eggs in your glass corning Ware pan Without sticking.

brush a little butter inside and make sure it is hot enough before adding eggs. Bakers use a margarine/shortening blend then dust with flour before adding cake batter etc. Pam spray acts the same using oil coated flour, but may add odours/flavours.
