after that connect your phone through pc in samsung pc studio mode
after phone gets connected open pc studio-toolbox-internet connector
click on internet connector
your pc will be automatically get connected to internet.

That's not an unlock code my friend, it just part of instruction set to unlock samsung phone. You must have samsung J700 network unlock code and you can get that from your network provider or buy from third party sites. But don't ever try free samsung unlock code since almost of them is just fake unlock code.

If u enter PIN code incorrectly 3 times, PIN will be blocked n phone will ask you for PUK(Personal Unblocking Key). This is a 8 digit code. If u enter Incorrect PUK for 10 times Your SIM will be lock permanently.

Your cell phone service provider can(Call from other no. n ask tell them for puk of ur no.) give you the PUK code aft3r answering simple security question.
Later enter PUK than enter new PIN, confirm new pin. Go to -Setting
-Security
-SIM lock
-off
Disable SIM n Later Phone Lock
PS:(You have to block your PIN to get access to PUK,
Default PIN- 0000, 12345)

I am sorry that you have this problem and I will do anything I can to help you out. Since you have a Samsung you should go to Google and type in "samsung drivers" and then the First Entry will say "DOWNLOADS- SAMSUNG" click on that and enter in your model. You will then be redirected to the software download.
