Go to your GM dealer and have them pull the build list via your VIN #. If your Suburban was built to have keyless entry one of the techs can program it in less than 5 minutes.
If it was not built for keyless it would be pretty high priced to add it

First, you need to have access to both sides of the lock (door must be open). If you are technically able, you can disassemble the lock, remove the combination unit and take the cover off of it. From there you can determine the combination and then re-assemble. The instructions for this can be found online. If you are not technically able, you should not attempt this and bring the lock to a locksmith or get a new one.

Go to your nearest locksmith and have him make you a key to the code, "DF59". That's the key you need.

Turn knob once. Put in present combination. Open screw on the top, Use a small rod or drillbit  that will fit into the hole. Press straight down on a lever that is inside of the hole,until it clicks. Turn knob completely(once) to clear old combination. Put new combination in, making sure that a click is heard upon pressing each button.  Try knob with both the old and the new combination. Each digit may be used only one time in the combination.
