I have a bostich Mk 111

Disassemble, clean and lubricate it. The adhesive that holds the nails together gradually builds up on the actuator mechanism and finally stops it. I usually use "Goof Off" or carburetor cleaner to remove the buildup, then lube it with air tool oil.

How to adjust depth on bostich mk111fs

There is no depth adjustment on this tool - If the staples are going too deep - most likely the piston (#17) has threaded off the driver inside the tool, you have a broken piston bumper (#62) inside, or the teflon foot pad (#56) on the bottom of the tool is the wrong thickness for the flooring you are using. If the staples are not driving far enough - most likely you have a broken / chipped driver blade (#21) or the teflon foot pad (#56) on the bottom of the tool is the wrong thickness for the flooring you are using. 25046003-2uullkphcfghqh054hptqowc-4-0.png Detail

Just had gun rebuild by

Most likely the piston (#15) has partially unthreaded from the piston stem (#17) - this requires a complete teardown to rectify. Sometimes it is simply because use has caused it to loosen - it can also be because the piston has stripped. Also check your bumper - if it is worn, or in pieces the driver will overdrive.

When air is hooked to stapler it leaks from

If the nailer is leaking from the area you discribe, the unit needs to be overhauled as the o-rings are passing air. The kit you need is an ORK-6 O-ring kit. Any Bostitch dearler should have them.

Question regarding Bostitch MIIIFN or MIIIFS

Hi,
Read the warranty for Woven Strand Bamboo floors. I think you find this is the wrong tool. You`ll probably find that you need an 18ga 1/4" crown, so it don`t split!
Thanks,
Jeff

After I hit the nailer the pin stays out

There are a couple of things you can try checking. 1st take the top off and check the 3 bolts to see if any of them need to be tightened up. 2nd remove the front plate to see if you may have a staple jammed in there. Here is a schematic link if it helps with the breakdown: http://www.rvevans.com/Technical-Services/Tool-Schematics.aspx just click on the link to find schematics
