Printer error error code 3807

From the kodak website:

Error "System status failed" (3807)

How do I resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807)?

To resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807):
Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary

If the error continues:
Open the printer access door.
Remove and install the printhead two times.
Close the printer access door.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is resolved, upgrade your printer's firmware.

If the error is not resolved, contact kodak.

Kodak esp 5 won't scan to computer...please note spammers number below

Here is the solution I found on the Kodak ESP 5 Support Center web page. Hope it helps or else maybe just visit the web page and browse it to see if you can find the solution to your specific problem.

Question : How do I scan from my all-in-one printer using MICROSOFT WINDOWS Imaging Acquisition (WIA) Drivers on a computer running WINDOWS VISTA Operating System? Answer : For computers running WINDOWS VISTA Operating System:
  1. Click Start > Programs/All Programs, and select Windows Photo Gallery.
  2. Click Scan at the bottom of the Windows Photo Gallery window, then click New Scan at the top of the window.
  3. Select KODAK ???? AiO (where ???? is the model number) from the Select Device window, then click OK.
  4. Click Preview and make whatever adjustments needed to achieve the desired scan.
  5. When you have made the desired adjustments, click Scan.
    During scanning, the progress is displayed.
    When the scan is complete, the file is displayed in the Windows Fax and Scan window, along with a preview of the file.
  6. Click Save as... to save the file, or click the Print icon to print the file from the Windows Fax and Scan application.

Find the serial number on all in one kodak printer

look in the printer cartridge access area and there should be a service number. That is the same as the serial number. If it's not there, it will be on the bottom of the printer.

My printer is printing like a reverse negative. please note spam number below

On many printers (i can't speak specifically to yours) there is a "negative" setting.
All I can suggest is to browse through your printer properties:
"Start"
"Control panel"
"Printers and faxes"
"right click" the printer icon"
Then "left click" on "properties"

Then browse in your "printing preferences" though all of the buttons and you will likely find a "negative" setting or something similar. then deselect it.

Whats error code 3501

According to Kodak, that error just means the cover was open. I noticed when I print a diagnostic sheet that error shows up whenever I change the ink.

Go to kodak.com/go/itg and follow the step by step troubleshooting. If you still get the same error,Time to contact Kodak at 1800 421 6699 and Your printer will be replaced free of cost.

I have loaded the software but it does not work

Kindly take the Software cd out of the c-d tray.Go to Conrol panel, and go to add or remove programs
1.remove bonjour
2.remove Kodak all in one printer software
3.remove microsoft.net framework2.0 if you have windows xp.
4.go to www.kodak.com/go/clear and download the clear utility for kodak printer software.
run it and then restart your computer.
5.go to start,click on run,type in services.msc in the run box and press OK.
In services local,start the following five services
print spooler,windows installer,background intelligent transfer service ,remote procedure call locator and cryptographic service.
Make sure that these services are automatic and not manual.if they are manual,right click on the service,choose properties and change start yp type to automatic.
restart your computer.
go to www.kodak.com/go/downloads and download the latest version of Kodak software from there.Your issue will be fully resolved.
