What does "domain error an argument must be in a
The expression a function acts on (i.e. what is inside the function) is called its argument. The arguments of some functions such as y=ax, y=ax^2 can have any real value. However some functions have arguments that must be in a specified domain: they are restricted to some specified intervals. For example y=square root (x) can act on any positive value, but if you feed it a negative value it is out of the correct domain.

I get -0.017453 as an answer to derivative of cos
The differentiation rules for trigonometric functions you have been taught (ex: derivative of sin(x) is cos(x) ) are correct if the angle unit is in radians. If you use any other angle units (ex: degrees, grads) there will be a conversion factor :derivative of sin(ax) with respect to x is a.cos(ax).
Hope that helps

How do i install the ti-84 operating system to the ti nspire
You do not. The TINspire with TI-84 keyboard works as a TI-84 Silver edition. Its OS is update when the TINspire OS is updated. The Ti 84 OS's you find on the TI website are not for the TINspire with TI84 keyboard.

I want to graph bt my calculater keep giving me invalid dim
You're probably trying to graph a function that does not involve stat plot features. You can correct this by turning off the stat plot features. Press "2ND" "STAT PLOT" and then select 4:PlotsOff.
If this doesn't fix it then please post the function you're trying to plot.

Hi, I have a problem with ti-nspire cx cas, it doesn't charge via a usb cable.
Are you really talking about a TINspire CX or a TI NSpire. The TINspire CX (CAS or Not) comes with a rechargeable battery and an adapter/Charger. You plug the charger in an electric outlet and let it party charge. If the calculator battery fails to recharge then it must be defective. Any third party mini USB charger will recharge the battery. The TINspire with touchpad (CAS or not) can use regular batteries or the optional rechargeable battery. It is not necessary to connect the calculator to a computer to have it recharged. As far as the calculator being recognized by the computer, you must install the communication software (TI computer Link Software for the older TINspire) or the TI Nspire teacher or student software for the CX. When you run the TINspire teacher or student software and then connect the calculator, you will have the opportunity to select it.
