You need to remove the top cover and check for a bad fuse if no display. If you have display, then it could be a bad door switch, or a bad megaton, or na bad high power Diode.

hi jackie, the loud noise can be an excessive power drain and that is why the elements will cut off at times. There are some thermal fuses or resettable thermal switches that are built in the oven and will cut the power to the element circuit to protect the whole oven. My suggestion is to have an appliance tech check the unit for this problem because the fuses or switches are inside the electrical area of the oven.
