Hello there, the problem with your unit could be caused by a low battery or a system malfunction. The unit might need to be reset. The reset instructions can be found on page 13 of your User Manual. Reset the unit and the error should sort itself out automatically. Unless of course your network provider has decided to cancel these features on your line then you have to take it up with them.

If it is the i-tam 50 it can be fiddly, you'll need to tap the del button repeatedly whilst the message is playing.

dude??? for real??? you still have an ansering machine??? well, thats ok i guess. is it digital or analog??? if analog try changing tapes, or maybe erasing old messages. if its digital then i would chunk it and get call notes or get a caller id box an dscreen your calls. better yey just get rid of your home phone service and get all your calls on a cell phone...... much cheaper and more convienient.!!

Hi. I think you have to wait until more calls come in. If you did not save original message(s), then these will then go away FOREVER.
