You could try 'import from camera', see if the frame accepts the folder on your PC as the memory of the camera.

The frame will only show the pictures in the orientation in which they were loaded - you can change this in the frame, but it cannot save the changes. The only way to deal with it is to change the image orientation before downloading to the frame - this has to be done in image-processing software, and saved.

Once you have the box connected with the usb cable to the computer, you have to tilt it towards connect to pc. You might have to do this a couple of times the picture on the display should change to a usb cable. Now if you go to my computer you will see where it says pan digital. Here is where you can add the pictures. I just did add pictures. If you want the pictures in a certain order you will have to name them otherwise there are displayed in alphabetical order. I found this after I loaded everything and wanted them in a specific order. Right now I am trying to add sound. I see that there is a speaker but not sure how to add sound.

Better take it to your computer so you can more easily handle all the photo files at once.

To make it a reset, you have to enter its service mode option. To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. I believe the only battery you have to replace is in the Remote Control ? The picture frame itself does not have a battery .. only the A/C connection. To Install or Replace the Remote Control Battery : 1. Hold the Remote Control with the control buttons facing downward. 2. While pressing down on the ridged area of the battery cover, pull the tray out. 3. Place a "CR2025" Lithium battery on the tray with the positive "+" end facing toward you. 4. Close the tray. Removing the internal battery will clear all settings. I have done this on two different versions of the Pandigital frames (seems to be a very common issue) and it has corrected the issue instantly both times.
