Compatibility problem - the driver is for an older Windows version than the one you are running. Try installing it in compatibility mode . If that still doesn't work then all that's left is to wait for HP to create drivers for your printer that specifically made for your OS.

Hello sir; You need to clean paper pick up roller, and rubber pad(right underneath the roller) as well as paper sensor.

I received the paper too small error + other errors after cleaning the inside of the printer namely the NEDD and the print carriage bar, prior to this I had no problems with the printer. I carefully inspected the inside of the printer namely concerned myself with the carriage and found that I had inadvertently got some ink on the thin plastic looking tape that the carriage gets it's sync and positioning information from. This tape is located just below the rear edge of the open top lid of the printer and runs through the carriage mechanism. I carefully wiped the tape with a soft cloth removing the ink that was there.Upon testing the printer with various sizes of paper after the cleaning I have received no further errors and printer is printing as expected.I am not saying this will cure all the problems but could be a good place to start.

If you continue with this issue then if your printer is under warranty say if it is within one year old then go to your vendor and tell them to replace the printer under warranty.
