may I suggest Picasa - easy, autimated, photo management, some basic fixes. Howeer, you should know that that camer does not take the best photos in the world when there is not a lot of light or you are using flash.

.mov is a Quicktime video format. Download Quicktime from the apple website and you'll be able to play it.

I am wondering if your PC is saying this if it is you need to download a program that reconises .MOV files and that would be apple quicktime and it can be downloaded free of charge at www.apple.com click on donwloads the select quicktime.

use any video converter its free. as long as you use the regular pro is costly. you can get it from anyvideoconveter.com

Take it for repair

get a charger for the rechargable batteries. Charge the batteries and then put them into the camera. You cant really chare the camera..

Do you hear or see ANY sound or movement as if the camera is trying to bring in the lens? Is there any dirt or debris that could be obstructing the lens mechanism? Did you try to apply light pressure onto the lens as it is in the process to store the lens? Sometimes, when the batteries die in the camera, it kills the internal computer. It happened to one of my cameras as well. The cost to have the new computer on mine, installed, was about $230.00. I took mine to the local professional computer repair shop and it was returned to me in less than 24 hours and working great. Your price will vary the make, model of camera. Mine was a Canon 5D mk2. Take it there and let them give you the diagnosis and then decide if it's worth it to repair or replace it. Don't use my fee as your guide, unless you have the same camera. Hope this helps. Mike

the lack of replies suggests you'd be better off putting a memory card into anything else other than a Kodak easyshare..... just look on here at the amount of Kodak & easyshare problems there are....... but for the record, "GOOGLE" mentions 32GB works fine and class 4 or over.

What type and size memory card? The C613 works with MMC and SD cards, 2GB or smaller. It will not work with higher-capacity SDHC cards.

Do you really want the Kodak software? The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire).
