On the DISH Network remotepress the buttons of Menu-8-7 and you should be on the Inactivity Standby screen.You will need to disable to allow the receiver to stay on. its a B+ OVER CURRENT PROTECTION it could be you have a short in the in the power supply of any circuit pertaining to the power supply check T602 AND R672.good luck.
