Color ink ceased after 10 copies

i think u are using the introductory cartridge which comes when the printer is new and it only has one forth the ink of original cartridge

Deleting pending

Hi,Try the steps belowGo to Start / Run and type in "services.msc" without quotation marks, then press Enter or click OK.(If you are using Windows Vista/Win 7, You need to click on START button and under search program and files - Enter the Services.msc and click the same program from Program list that appear )In the window that opens (Services) look for "Print Spooler" on the rightRight-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go.Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.The Print spooler depends on the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service. Is this service disabled? Go to services.msc look for RPC. Check state: AutomaticRegards,Sean

Slow printing

Remove both cartridges, switch off printer and then on. After cartridge holder comes to the center install both the cartridges. Then it will print the Alignment page. After alignment page prints place the Alignment page on to the scanner and press SCAN button as mentioned in the Alignment page. After completing the scan try printing. It will print the usual speed.Note: For the alignment process both cartridges should in good working state

Go to HP web site and down load the utilities and drivers for the printer you have to your laptop. Follow the installation procedure. you'll be good to go!

your print head dirty. so tyr clean with wet close until recavered. if not better soak bottom print head with wram water until all dry ink gone.

This is my solution : 1st step : Turn on your *HP Deskjet F4185*.2nd step : Click the Start menu.3rd step : Click Devices and printers. A new window will appear. 4th step : Then, click the "Fax button ".The window Fax and Scan window will appear. 5th step : On the lower left corner , click "Scan" below the "Fax" button.Scanned documents (if there's any) will appear.6th step : Click "New scan" button below the "File" button.
