I downloaded the User guide from HP http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/manualCategory?cc=us&lc=en&product=3390947 It gives very simple instructions for removing the rear access door (Follow the arrows beside the door and push the door to the right and pull out). I found a torn corner of crumpled paper in there. It also warns against pulling paper out the front which can damage the print mechanism.

clean the inkjet nozels or replace the sponge inside the printer sometimes if the overflow sponge becomes full or drys out this can affect the black ink

please open the printer carefullyand clean the head use wet paperand switchoff and switchonit will work

uninstall and re install the driver for the printer

clear the jammed bits by removing back strap from ur printer. Now u need to see if any bits of paper has remained on the far right of the cartridges. Plug power, open cartridges cover & use a torch to see if any paper remains. Unplug power without switching off & clean any bits left. right
