Nexus 7 tablet flashing white light
Hello,
I am very familiar with this problem with the 2nd gens and it is almost always a sure sign that the tablet is not getting enough power to charge up and will not boot. Sometimes this can happen from the tablet not getting used for a while and getting completely drained. The other possibilities are A) the USB charging port is becoming worn out and won't charge or B) the battery is no longer holding a charge, much like a car battery in the winter. Get an original Nexus 7 wall charger and leave it charging through the wall outlet and not a computer, this has more power. If the light is blinking, it makes me think the USB is not the issue, so chances are after an hour or two it will have some life again.

My nexus 7 will not turn on
You can try a hard reset. Hold down the power button and the volume buttons at the same time. The device should then power on and you can follow the on-screen prompts.Hope that helps!
Will not connect to internet
Strange. Did you go to settings, connect to your home wireless network, and enter your password? Are you any further from the router than other devices you say do not have the issue? I've seen this, weaker signal, when people connected to the guest wireless network. Otherwise, I do not understan why it's happening unless it's an issue with the configuration of the wireless tablet adapter. You may have to do some advanced work on the adapter, but I don't have enough info to be able to tell you, for sure.

How to put in sim card
Assuming you mean the 2013 version but I'll try both,
so for the 2013 version
- Turn your tablet off and place it on a flat surface with the screen facing up.
- Tilt the right side slightly up to find the SIM card tray near the bottom right and the small hole in the tray door.
- Insert a paperclip into the hole in the tray door, and push firmly but gently, the tray should pop out.
- Remove the tray and place the micro SIM card inside it, the angle corner fits with the angled indent
- Push the tray it gently back into the tablet.
Activate SIM card
- Open the Settings app and turn off Wi-Fi after completing the set-up instructions. Once Wi-Fi is off, you'll see a notification at the top of your screen.
- Swipe down the notification shade and touch the notification.
- Follow the activation instructions provided by your carrier.
For the
Nexus 7 (2012) 3G use the same process noting that the tray slot and pinhole is on the left side of the device when its facing up.
*Note* : Only the
Nexus 7 (2013) LTE & Nexus 7 (2012) 3G can accept a SIM card. Wi-Fi versions of the tablet can't.
Nexus 7 screen broken and back slightly popped
It sounds like the device is completely broken after dropping it. You may find a local repair shop or a shop online to fix the device, but it may be cheaper to replace it with a new one.Hope that helps!
