My hp7680 says there is a paper jam but there is no paper anywhere. The belt that moves head back and forth seems to be stretched and worn. Is there anyway to replace belt

The paper jam is in the back of the printer. There is a 3"x3"x12" black box. Remover that and the paper is inside. If not call HP support. It is freeand they can fix it with you.

Hi, A color or photo cartridge is either low, clogged or has run out of one of the basic colors it mixes together to create the colors in your images. The printer cannot print correctly if it lacks one of the basic colors, even if it still contains some of the other colors. The cartridge may also be clogged. The cartridge must be replaced This may help You can try to clean the printer head manually. To clean the printer head, remove the ink cartridge from the printer. Moisten a cotton swab by dipping it in hot water or isopropyl alcohol, and then gently wipe the printer head. Do this repeatedly until it softens the dried ink. For models where the printer head is located in the printer, you can put 7 to 10 drops of isopropyl alcohol in the ink receptacle where the ink flows from the cartridge to the head. Turn the printer to self-cleaning mode. You can also leave it for a few hours or overnight before repeating the self-cleaning mode. If the print head is located in the cartridge, soak the print head in hot water and let it soak overnight. Dry the print head part using a paper towel and switch it to self-cleaning mode. If the hot water soak does not work, place the cartridge printer head in isopropyl alcohol and let it soak overnight. Wipe off the soaked area and dry it carefully using a damp paper towel. Turn the printer to self-cleaning mode to remove any dried ink. For more Help Source... Can You Fix Dry Ink Cartridge eHow Thanks, HP Phone Number

HP L7680 all-in-one Clear Paper Jam

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. As you have already tried everything out, what I would say is just unplug the printer hold it in your hand, turn it upside down and just shake it gently. I know this sounds a bit awkward but hopefully this clears a paper jam. If not then please follow these step by step instructions to clear the paper jam:

How to Clear Paper Jam on HP L7680

If after doing all this still the issue is not resolved then unfortunately you have to uninstall its software and reinstall it.

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Thanks
