I live in Tahiti and
Jason478. I would be surprised you are picking up the signal from the Spot beam which Sky Pacific uses. I do not believe even the spill is reaching Hawaii. Best to get a refund of your money as you will definitely loose the signal when the replacement satellite kicks in on Dec 2011.
