Cleaning the juicer immediately after use makes it really easy to clean. Run few cups of water through the machine while running and make sure to use a bristle brush to scrub the screen with after use.
I am sorry I might not be able to explain in English very well, but I hope it will help somebody. In my case, the pulp container was a problem. when you take out the container, do you see the little(very very small )hole that if you push with something like toothpic it makes sound like "click, click"? I guess when we put the pulp container back, the container is supposed to push the safety button ( bottom area), but I think the part of the container that push the button was broken, and it didn't start,so I just put something small inside the hole before I put the container back to the juicer, so it covers the missing part. Their customer service doesn't help at all, I waited 1h to talk to somebody, and he couldn't help me. so please check that part.
Hey if you have not gotten this resolved already, here are some things to consider.
I have the same unit. It will not operate is any little thing is left undone. So, I would recheck all of the assembly to make sure all the attachments are properly and securely attached. The last part to check which seems rather minute, but will prevent the unit from working, is to check that the pulp catcher is securely snapped in. There is a small lip at the bottom that must clik in just right for the unit to kick on the switch is pressed. Once the metal arm is in place, give it a whirl.... and let see what happens.

For these cases there is a special tool with three callipers and a centre screw. With this tool you can pool the blade. On other way is hang the juicer on two metal flat very thick sticks which can be secure in two bricks or thick wood blocks which must be just one inch higher than the height of your juicer., one in one side and second in other. And by using a plastic or wooden hammer you hit over the axis so the blade will become loose and come out.
Under the juicer you can put something soft like a towel so if the juicer falls down to keep it safe.
