I'd start by checking the cables going into and out of the tcon board, if that doesn't fix it chances are its a bad board, since it would take a few mins to basically warm up to work before it started doing this all the time one other thing you can try if its not cables is to bake the board..Chances of that fixing it are kind of slim but I have had it work a few times with timing boards I couldn't find. You can youtube this and find some vids on how to do it.

U know basic electronic's and soldering?Take ur tv aparts,Where the A/C cord plug in that ur power supply board.Searches all around the board,those capacitors are bad,they usally have bulges up on it top or puff up on it top.Replaced these leakages gases capacitors,ur power will retrun to normal.Or tries Websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.The cost about $100-150+shipping.Ha,Ha u supply the labors,and the part now,that why it cheaper.

Look on power supply board for bad capacitors they will be vented,swollen or puffed up on top 1000uf 16v 220uf 10v 330uf 10v

Samsung tv have issue with the board call the T-CON decoders board,will causes tv shutdown too.The T-CON decoders board sit in the middle at the bottom of the LCD screen panel.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish T-CON decoder board for the replacement.

In most cases it is the capacitors in he power supply section that have gone out.

-shuts down
-takes a long time to come on
-relay clicks
-dead set

Replace bulged caps in the power supply.

The size fit the circuit board. 2. The temperature 105 C. 3. The voltage higher x2. 4. The capacity of error + - 20% ok.

You may have bad power supply or short circuits in the power supply or backlight inverter board, the power supply (or bad caps) is trying to start but sensing tto much current draw so it shut down and try to start again in a loop.

If it is the fuse then it will nerver perfectly after 30 seconds. I would look at the power supply module for any sign of bad caps with leaking/bulging tops first, notes: cap may look OK but can be bad due to high ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance).

I also had the same problem. Called the local Samsung authorized repair center and was told my TV was not in the serial number range of those out-of-warranty units that the company was going to repair. I called the same 1 800 726-7864 and they said they had extended the out-of-warranty on TVs they will repair if the problem is related to the capacitors. I just called and they have given me an in-home repair authorization and the local repair center has ordered the parts and will be out next week to fix the TV...Kudos to Samsung. I have 3 of their TVs, a cell phone and 2 blluRay DVD players. This is the reason I bougjht Samsung, their reputation for standing behind their product. Hdh Shardale Acres Tallahassee FL

1. Make sure you have connected the cable to the correct input on the set.

2. Access the User Menu and do a "Scan for DIGITAL" channels.

That should do it...
