Hi,
This is a common problem with that model. It generally means that there is something going on with the formatter assembly. The easiest thing to try first is to remove any cards from the EIO slots
The next few steps will narrow down if the formatter is bad or the print engine itself.
First remove the right cover by sliding it towards the rear of the printer
Then stick something "non metallic" in the hole indicated to press the engine test button. This will tell you if print engine is working (a good thing!)
If you get a page to print out, that means there is something wrong with the formatter and you should have a service technician replace it.
If you don't see a page, be sure you are pressing it in all the way and if there is still nothing, it's time to have a technician come take a look at it.
