this link will guide you to the site with the user guides...but in short ..all ya have to do is to be careful and to open and remove the paper...there are not many things that may be damaged in the process...but there is a certain order you have to follow in doing it ...and a few devices that has unusual safety removing gadgets...

You smart peopple! there is no right button on ML 2570! Its only one orange button and two LED`s one for comunication and other for error. Please dont fill this site with confused informations. Reset doesnt work.

First make sure that the toner cartridge is fine and enough toner (which I think is ok, but still no harm in checking)
LSU is inside the printer and to locate that you need to remove the outer covers of the printer.
Exploded View of Parts
From the above link you can check Item Main Assembly (Page-2) and Part labled 4 is the LSU.
You may need repair manual to disassemble the printer. However, it can be done intuitively, if you are comfortable with working inside such devices. IF NOT, I recommended that you may contact authorized service professional.

Try disconnecting your printer from your pc and then uninstalling the drivers for it in your control panel. Go to the manufacturers website (Samsung) and click on the drivers and sofware area to download a new copy of the files necessary to run it.

After installing, reconnect your printer to your pc and try printing a test page to see if this has corrected the error.

Paper jam is caused by either a poor quality paper, defective printer roller mechanism or a foreign object. You may check this to avoid future jams. For now, you may open the bays (front and back) and remove the toner cartridge. You can use your bare hands to pull and remove the jammed paper. You have the option to pull it at the front or using the bay at the back. In a case where paper were teared apart, you may use a household tweezer to remove the bits of paper. Installed the toner again and try to print, excess or other bits of paper may go with paper when you print.
