Samsung LN-T3253H 32 in. LCD Television Questions & Answers
Continuous crackling from TV speakers
I'm sure you have figured this one out. TV itself is causing the problems.
The circuit board that produces the audio signal seems to be the problem.
Before you call the repairman, go to the web site Shopjimmy.com just to get an idea of what the parts will cost. That way he doesn't rip you off.
I hope I answered your question correctly. Please rate me. :)

I have a Samsung LN-T3253H
Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here.

TV turns on, then goes "black"
85% of the time it will be a capacitor ! look at the top of them and if they have a bulge or have been leaking thats the problem there is many of them so study them hard

Power but no sound and no picture
it means the power supply is working well so check the power inveter which could be left or right sided or both side.so it means no back lighting or diflectig light to displ and some other TV's the t-com card is involved to switch those inveters and make sure all fuses are leading contunitive 0000 buzzing

Black screen, no sond
check the fuse resistor on the power supply output area.use volt meter check 12v for amplifier and all regulators if the if they are outputing property the voltages as 5v or 12 and make sure no dag something like a loose which caused due heating.check zenna diodes over board makesure no contunit alam for it.This is my thoughts according to explnc and if it turning green light and stil the same the pr0blem shold be microchip(processor) or crt cap

No sound changhong led tv
Check the speaker/s first. if found OK, check and replace damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit, or replace the audio output card with a new one of same number. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here.
