Replace the fuser unit. then reset, with procedure:

11.5.4 MAINTENANCE COUNT. A. Hello, this is related to Magenta write ulit/laser unit. Check connecters both to write unit and that of pcrb. Mostly this error come after removing and replacing the units. Otherwise replace the unit. Some time rewriting firmware clears the error but thos should be the final option.
