If you're not the admin then you can't have access to the job history delete options but note that job history only keep records of jobs done not save the actual jobs done. Jobs can only be saved into the box and accessed from there.

PROBABLE CAUSES: 1. Detecting Plate not positioned properly. Shape of the detecting plate has been modified. Install the modified Detecting Plate (p/n A02E 5033 01).
