Sharp stopped supporting that model a while back. I don't think you're going to be able to find the drivers for it. If it's a network (not USB) connected printer you should be able to use a generic or HP LaserJet 4000 series driver.

reseat all the covers and check that none have broken tabs which tell the copier the covers are closed, Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f
1. Check that all packaging tape etc is removed from the cartridge
2. Check and clean the CRUM chip at the rear of the cartridge (normally blue in colour)
