Check the ethernet cable. Using the cmd ping-t your copier ip adress and see if the printer comunicate with the network.

Does your copier have a good surge protector or is just plugged into the wall and not some 5 and dime surge protector ???? does the surge protector have the network cable protected to???? goods one will protect power fax and network. setting up auth. on mac requires that you open the doc on appropriate app, on print menu select output method, set auth. credentials, and save. then print. some mac OSX ver. will save others won't. prompting you to set auth, every time you need printing.

Try a reset to factory defaults. Or a hard reset. Or driver reinstall. If nothing works then you have a physical issue with unit.

First, I should ask where you buy your toner and what quality is it. If it's not a genuine Konica Minolta toner you will run into more problems.

Your first check, print using about 5 copies of card, if the prints on the cards shows shadowy image or you find shadow repetition of the prints, that's a confirmation of a bad toner quality.

Are you using a 3rd party image unit???, if so get OEM there are chips on them that copier monitors. The image units are the units below the toner cart. which one is having the problem Y M C or Black, did you re chip them, bad idea. Replace them with OEM cartridge. Open the right side door. on the door you will see a sponge looking roller that roller is on the back side of the paper. On the front side is the Transfer belt which is inside the machine across from it when the cover is closed DO NOT TOUCH THE BELT THE SHINEY LOOKING THING THAT gets nicked or damaged you will see it on the print. Any way the code is for the sponge roller check and make sure it is installed properly, two levers at each end lock it in place. the whole assy. that the roller is on has a motor system that could also me a problem. If that roller is OK was it replaced when the belt was replaced? If not get a tech to look at it.
