Fiberglass insulation works well, but handling it is no fun. Also, besides the fiberglass particles getting in your skin.they become airborne with high velocity ported cabinets and are hazardous to your lungs in a car.
A better solution is the white fluffy insulation that you can get at arts and crafts stores.
It is an excellent damping material.
Before installing that material, put some dynamat or equivalent on the sides of the box and the back as well to dampen the box.

Kicker L7 plastic faceplates
You will have to buy the whole cone replacment kit for that part or get from bad speaker. Both can be purchased on ebay or other sites.

Kicker L7 Repair
With the price of speakers dropping all the time it's really not worth repairing as it will cost too much to have it fixed by hand.

Can it work with 220v?
Car subs can NOT be connected to 220v. Not directly anyway. You will have to get an amp that can run on 220v & then connect it to this sub. Good luck finding a home audio amp that will run the sub though it's really hard. If you look at home theater setups you will find that all the subs have their own built in amps that are really hard to get a hold of seperately.

No sound from wireless headphones in a toyota sienna
First thing to do is check to make sure that the batteries are properly charged.
Second, make sure that you have a clear line-of-site to the IR transmitter. Infrared (IR) works the same way that your TVs remote control works - if the signal is blocked, then you will not hear any sound.
Third, make sure that you are in the rear seat of the vehicle when listening to the sound. The IR transmitter only transmits to the rear seat, so you will not hear any sound if you are sitting in the front seats. This is a common problem that i see.
Lastly, make sure that the heapdhones you purchased are compatible with your 2006 2007 2008 2009 or 2010 Toyota Sienna. Remember that some older models require RF headphones, not IR headphones. I checked http://www.audiovideo2go.com for compatibility before I purchased my headphones. They have a useful listing of all the headphones and models of vehicles they are compatible with.
