I fixed this myself and it only took about 5 minutes. The problem is the door latch needs to be reset, which requires unplugging it's three electrical connections. This has to be done inside the washer outer seal, but it is easy to get to. First remove the outer ring that holds the seal on. Next remove only the side of the seal closest to the door latch (again only the outer seal needs to be undone). With this done remove the two screws holding the door latch in place (inside). Remove the latch, unplug the three connectors, plug them back in then reassemble everything. When all is back in place hit "cancel" and it should be good to go.

Prob. the pump. They can completely fail or usually go intermittent fail. Cheap to buy and easy to replace. You can access it from the front.

there is a product u can buy to put through a cycle to remove all build up mold etc. go to a parts distributor they carry it

Hello, Assuming you can open and find the 'electric' water pump and the corresponding wires you would need to either use a test light to make sure you are getting power by carefully running a cycle (if you are getting power to the pump--you are getting water--and water is not coming into the machine it's the pump)(check your water lines and make sure your valves are on--you can also check for a clog such as mineral deposits etc) or you could take the pump out put power to it and see if it works (bucket, water, hoses). May have a max volt sticker on the pump so be careful not to put too much power as you would need to buy a new pump (burn) I hope this helps.
