When want a copy ,it says ready to copy but won't. ?
Sir/Mam,
Have you had the developer and drum replaced recently, or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready to Copy" it is waiting for them to get done, so that equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the image unit underneath the drum or next to it depending on the series. Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure/Developer Charge, and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8/Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum. Hi i just bought a second hand konica minolta c350 and when i print something it is notting enough clarity. please anybody can help me .
I would first starts by removing the Imaging units that are locked with blue levers below toner cartridges one by one for each colour and use the cleaning tool that is provided on the door (metal rod with handle and a pad on the opposite). When you pull the Imaging unit all the way out, you will see inside a long strip of LED and next to it on left hand side about a 1-2 cm another strip of MICRO LED Array. This is essentially yor print head and it has to be spotless clean. Use the rod and padded end to clean each of the arrays. This will give better sharpness and clarity to your prints. Then put Imaging Unit back in machine and pull the blue stick from the Imaging Unit out-in-out-in. The next step is to do Stabilisation and Gradation adjustments. This can be done in Service Mode. This should improve your printing. If it doesn't then you have either worn Imaging units _or_ Transfer Belt _or_ incorrect settings on Fuser or Fuser being worn.
Steps to install c350 and the drivers
Your Konica Minolta Bizhub C350 Digital Copier, Printer and Scanner should come with a CD/DVD which includes the drivers for different operating systems AND a PDF fie with user's manual. Even is possible that yo may fine several PDF files, in different languages. So open your PDF file and find the section where it describes with enough detail the steps you should follow . Probably there are different procedures depending the version of Windows, MAC or Linux you are using. http://kseroimpuls.pl/broszury/en-bizhub-c350.pdf If you don't hat user's manual, get it from here:

I looked through the service manual for this and I see "tech rep mode" listed. I don't think you can access this from your digital screen, but look for it. Other than that it suggested opening the "front door" and closing it again with the power on to reset. Hope this helps. If you manage to access the Tech Rep mode, there is a button to press to reset the machine...
