Open the freezer door. Listen for the sound of the motor running. If it isn't, the motor probably needs to be replaced. If you hear the motor, check for frost build-up (blocking access to refrigerator). Remove the frost behind the panel and on the surface, with a hair dryer. Make sure not to overload the freezer baskets or block air access to the motor in the back panel.

Is the inlet water valve ok? Does it have a water filter that may be clogged?

Ice maker may be defective or water valve may be defective.

so is it making any ice? and not getting it out of the tray?

It’s a main control board issue and most likely needs replacing after cutting power to it for five minutes to see if board will reset.

I assume water is connected and turned on. If so, you will have to have to select water on display or switch and then hold glass on actuator for until water starts coming out. It may take a couple minutes. Keep filling glass as many times as it takes to get all air from lines.

Sounds like defrost system is working correctly. 10 F isn’t cold enough for a freezer. Make sure condenser fan at compressor is running and also evaporator fan in freezer. Also clean dust off condenser coils. If all that is ok, then you most likely have a sealed system problem.

Most likely display control is bad and needs replacing

Check the back wall of the freezer and see if there is frost. If so there is a defrost problem and it could effect the fresh food compartment soon.

The problem is probably the starter asm. on the compressor, though it could be signs that the compressor is failing. An amp draw test would be a good place to start

Put a bright flashlight inside freezer then close the door. Cut all lights off and see if you see any light leaving through the gasket. If so it could be gasket or it could be that the door is not closing properly.
