Hoover H120M Front Load Washer / Dryer Questions & Answers
I have a front load Hoover washing machine. The two last times i've done the laundry the machine keeps adding water the entire time; it seems to be filling up and draining at the same time. It also st
My guess is the printed circuit control panel(the brain) is going south.
There is nothing you can do with these normally, best to get a domestic appliance guy/gal to check it out. If you want to search the web for a replacement get to the back of the machine, write down the make/model/serial number/ anything else, off the manufacturers plate.
You will need this to determine any spares are correct. Don't work on the basis that a similar machine or even the same model will have the same part because appliance manf are notorious for changing specs during production.
You may find that another brand is listed as well as your own, this is because they have the same factory but are badged according to brand or region.
If the machine is old and had a good beating then you may find it more economical to buy a new one. The brain can be 50% of a new buy!!
Washing mechine 1200 hoover
Hi,
It sounds like it might need new brushes in the motor. Sometimes just before they wear down completely, they will wash but not spin, this is because the spin needs more power.

I WANT THE WIRING DIAGRAM
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry, this forum is not able to supply any type of manual, installation instructions, electrical or schematic diagrams direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)
Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained probably over many years.
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer technical manual' and you MAY be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct but they often only supply to their registered engineers ;-0(

My washing machine is really loud when spinning
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly ;-0)
Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then-
very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice.
Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up!
If this corner did not rock do the same to the other.
Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked.
(If this has not cured the problem it is possible that the internal suspension is malfunctioning).
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I DO suggest you follow my balance guidance notes right to the end before continuing the investigation ;-0)
