Yes you have a fluid leak alright. If a fitting is cross-linked when tightened it could leak there. If a Fitting along the line is loose, a leak may happen there. I would start at one end of the line and inspect it for damage all the way to the opposite end. If you have a hose, they tend to dry out and crack or spit at the ends causing air or fluid leaks. If the tubes in and out are tight, inspect the entire line for fluid deposits on the outside. Look for damage to rubber lines that run along the engine and dry out, burn, or damaged from road debris. Lastly, have someone get into your vehicle while it is running (brake ON in neutral) and press down on the brake peddle as you observe to locate a small leak. You may fist dry off the lines before the test.
