Is there lights on, on the printer? Does it have a receipt paper roll in it? You can do a Power Cycle of the Terminal and the Printer. Unplug the printer for the wall socket. Remove the data socket, replace the data socket making sure the connection is tight. Disconnect the terminal from the main power, and count to 20. Plug the terminal back in. Now go to the kitchen and plug the printer back into the mains. The reset should fix it. The rest is in the manual, which I told you earlier today.
