I have a hp 2430 paper jam 13.20.00 and can't find
If the paper jam error first occurs just after you have replaced the toner cartridge (as it did for me), carefully look inside (with toner cartridge removed) near the rear at the fuser and there may be a black piece of paper sticking out and/or curled up against the back. I needed a flashlight to see it but still wasn't sure until I felt around and found it. It was the protective sleeve that was around the drum in the toner and when I replaced the toner I missed it. When I first powered up the printer, the sleeve got fed partially into the fuser and the tail curled up against the back, making it practically invisible. Also, with that jam, the printer made no motor or gear train noise at power on so it almost had me convinced that the motor was bad. After removing the black piece of paper, the printer initialized normally.
