Blocked lines

occasionally on the 1x0 range there is a valve stem issue that cause air to be allowed into the ink tube system and aslo for the ink to start crystalizing causing blockage , unfortunatly the fix includes a full set of ink tubes and possibly new printheads to complete the calibration

Manteinance program run automatically every time i try to print something

Its not maintenance programme, its print head alignment page.Once print heads are aligned successfully, you wont get this page.Reason: One or more print head nozzles are not firing/blocked/dried up the align page will not prints properly to read result printer unable to align P.heads. You can observe the print quality, based on that replace/clean the particular print head(s) and check. Verify that each line it will read & marked as a "right tick". If its marks like "X" ensure that align page not successful. If you are confused better replace all(four) print heads, to get out of this issue peacefully.But ensure that before replacing the print heads,all cartridge ink level should be more then 50%.

>Check ISS pumping, >Check ISS tubes is there air gap?>Check cartridge bag broken in side?>Check for leakage at cartridge bank & carriage assm.>Do the following force priming to fil ink in tubes as well as in print heads:****Hold the power button down and press the cancel button three times and the resume button three times.****Switch Off the printer and then On again in order to start the priming of the ink supply tubes.

I want to align the

With the pinter turned on, press the Power button, while pressing 3 times the "OK" button, then release the Power button. The alignment will begin automatically, so have a white paper sheet on the tray.

I have a Hp Designjet

If you haven't already tried this I would recommend removing/uninstalling the printer downloading the latest drivers from the link below(select operating system on that page) Then install the printer with those drivers and see if that resolves the problem:

When start the printer it print 3 times the head

Hi,

There are mainly 2 reasons why this happens.

1. If the cartridges or one of the cartridge is running low on ink
2. Once the alignment sheet is printed and if it is wrongly placed for alignment or wrong alignment selected.

Disconnect the power cord from back of printer, wait for 10 seconds and connect it back.

check the catridges thier must be a mixing up of color when you were refilling the catridges

Error 79:04 HP 650T

79 errors are usually bad firmware that needs replaced or updated. Sometimes it is simply a bad print job being sent. Check to see if only one print job is causing this error, or if it happens with everything you try to print.
